Barnet to implement Work.Together Service Desk

The London Borough of Barnet (LBB) are to implement a Work.Together Service Desk pilot to act as LBB’s Project Support for projects currently running within 3 of the Council’s significant programmes of work.

The WTSD will be providing support and guidance to LBB staff in the usage of Work.Together, ensuring that Project & Programme data is maintained regularly to enable effective decision making and provide a corporate view of all Risks within LBB by allowing these to be captured and managed at programme, project, department and service area levels

Already a Work.Together intranet user, LBB recognise that given the overhead on staff and the high profile nature of new work programmes, up to date decision support and project reporting data will be vital to success.

Going forward, the plan is to roll the Service Desk out as a corporate resource.
